A Tea Tree Anti-Buildup Solution
Dr. Locs’ Pre-Cleanser combines a special blend of cleansing and softening for a deep refreshing cleanse before shampooing. The Pre-Cleanse removes trapped oil, dirt, and product build-up from the scalp and new growth area.
Shake well before using. Spray liberally in areas where build-up is present. Take a cloth or finger to move the pre-cleanse around in the area to pull up the flakage. Wash locs with Dr. Locs’ Yasin Shampoo thoroughly.

Chimere Faulk, originally became known as the The Natural Hair Lady for her skills as a natural hair stylist and loctician in the Atlanta area. She taught people to love their natural beauty, traveled across the country to service clients, and trained fellow hair stylists, infusing them with her passion for locs and loose natural hair.
Although she suggested the best natural hair products on the shelves at that time, her clients with locs would continuously be disappointed by the results. Those products created buildup. The beauty industry was bursting with new natural products---none of which were designed specifically for locs.
Even if they were marketed for locs, they just did not work; buildup consistently was created within locs. Unlike loose natural hair, locs/dredlocks try to "hold on to product." With loose hair, product can be washed out easily. One day she had enough and decided to use her knowledge of hair to do solve this problem. During the year of 2013 and 2014, she researched and developed Dr Locs while servicing her clients. In January 2015, she officially opened drlocs.com.
During the developmental stages, Chimere gathered up a few ingredients from a local natural market and went to work in her kitchen. Her goal was to create a product to fix one of the most common problems with natural hair -- a product that doesn't create build-up in locs. Her first creation as she often refers to as her "baby," was the Jinan Leave-In Conditioner. Chimere came up with the perfect combination of nature’s oils and water, and tested them on clients. It was eventually requested by clients to offer bottles for sale. She didn't expect to sell but per her clients requests, she followed suit. Her clients were thrilled with the results and immediately began begging for more to share with friends and family. Thus, Dr. Locs was born.
